Hotel reservations can be made in several ways:

2. Via MASTER and VISA credit cards
For credit card payments, please read the hotel's reservation policy.

2.1. Authorization - 50% of the accommodation cost or services, but not less than the value of 1/one night's stay. Authorization /card blocking/ - is a blocking of an amount on the card without causing an accounting transaction. After authorization, our employee will inform the cardholder that the reservation is successful and provide a reservation code. This information is provided by fax or e-mail. Payment of the remaining amount for the reservation or service is made at RECEPTION in cash or with a debit or credit card.

3. Cancellation of reservation by the cardholder

3.1. For credit card payments, THE HOTEL offers full cancellation of the authorization if the reservation was made more than 30 /thirty/ days before the date and time of arrival and the cancellation is made up to 15 /fifteen/ days before the date and time of arrival. If the reservation is canceled less than 15 /fifteen/ days before the date and time of arrival, THE HOTEL has the right to charge the cardholder's card with the authorization amount.

3.2. If the reservation was made more than 48 hours but less than 30 /thirty/ days before the date and time of arrival /arrival date/, the cardholder may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the date and time of arrival. In this case, THE HOTEL has the right to charge the cardholder's card with the amount for one night's stay. If the reservation is not canceled up to 48 /forty-eight/ hours before the date and time of arrival /arrival date/, THE HOTEL has the right to charge the cardholder's card with the authorization amount.

3.3. A reservation made within 48 /forty-eight/ hours before the date and time of arrival cannot be canceled. In this case, THE HOTEL has the right to charge the cardholder's card with the authorization amount.

3.4. In case of no-show on the arrival date and time /arrival date/ without prior cancellation of the reservation, the room is reserved until Check-out time on the next day, and if by then the client has not shown up, THE HOTEL has the right to charge the cardholder's card with the authorization amount.

In accordance with Art. 116, para. 2 of the Tourism Act, when accommodating at Hotel "Kestenite", you will be asked for the following personal information: • Names from an identity document • Personal Number/Foreigner Number or other identification number from a foreigner's identity document • Identity document number

The information collected may be used for: • Reservation and confirmation of reservation; • Completion of the Register of Accommodated Tourists, in accordance with Art. 116, para. 3 of the Tourism Act • Subsequent communication with you; • Charging you for using our products and services; • Assisting in the investigation of a legal violation regarding an emergency that threatens the life, health or safety of an individual.

Cases in which personal information may be disclosed: The administrator may disclose your personal data and information to investigative authorities, government institutions, only if there is a legal basis for providing the data. We collect personal information about you only when you have voluntarily provided it to us. The Administrator also processes your personal data through the established and maintained video surveillance system. The recording devices are arranged in a way that guarantees the safety of customers without violating their privacy.

How we protect your personal data
As a personal data controller, "Diem Group 2008" Ltd makes every effort, appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure that the personal data we collect from you is protected from loss and/or unauthorized access. We apply this protection to information stored electronically and on paper.
