EMIZA Apartments are located in Samokov, Samokovo quarter, 16 Tsarevi Kladentsi Street, in a newly built building on a separate second floor - 4 in total, of which No. 1 has a balcony.

Bed layout:

• Apartment No. 1 has a balcony, 3 single beds and an option for 1 extra bed on a sofa bed.
• Apartments No. 2 and No. 3 have 3 single beds each and an option for an extra bed on a sofa bed.
• Apartment No. 4 has 3 single beds.

All apartments are approximately 36 sq.m. in size and have their own bathroom, mini kitchen equipped with microwave oven, hood, refrigerator, kettle, dishes and dining area.

All apartments are equipped with flat-screen TV with cable television and Wi-Fi. For convenience, the rooms have an ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, and hair dryer.

Free parking with video surveillance is available to all guests.

In the immediate vicinity of 50m is the DIEM 2 SHOPPING COMPLEX, which houses:
